The Contracting Authority, Ministry of State for Planning, National Development and Vision 2030 intends to award a service contract for: i) Technical Assistance to Community Development Trust Fund (CDTF) (Lot 1), and ii) Audit services for Community Based Projects (Lot 2) in Kenya with financial assistance from the Community Development Programme phase 4 (CDP-4) funded by the European Union under the 10^th European Development Fund (EDF).
